We understand that it might not always be possible for you to collect your items in person. Therefore, we do offer a shipping option for the convenience of our customers. However, please be advised of the following terms when choosing this option:

Buyer's Risk

  • Condition of Items: All items are sold as seen. We ensure that product listings accurately represent the condition of each item. However, once an item leaves our premises for shipping, it is out of our control. We cannot guarantee the handling during transit and, therefore, cannot be held responsible for any changes in condition upon arrival.

  • Shipping Costs: All shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer. The cost will vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the item. We will provide an estimated shipping cost upon request, but please note this is subject to change based on the carrier's pricing.

  • Insurance: We highly recommend that buyers opt for shipping insurance. This is to protect against potential damage or loss during transit. The cost of insurance will be additional and is the responsibility of the buyer. If you choose not to insure your item, please understand that we cannot be held liable for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping.

If you have a preferred carrier, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, although additional charges may apply.

RETURN POLICY

No Returns Accepted

CineMarket operates on a strict "Sold As Seen" policy. This means that all items are sold in their current condition and any imperfections or unique characteristics are considered part of the item's history and value.

  • Final Sale: Given the nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an item has been purchased. This policy is in place because our items are sold based on their current condition, which is thoroughly documented and communicated before the sale.
